Working Out

Everybody needs to do it. For their healt and everything we are taking about working out. I am going to start again tomarrow but I want you guys to start to because it sets pease in your head. And.....NO!

Heey everybody just a fast comment on my last message. I DON'T WANT TO SMOKE! The only reason why I wanted to smoke is because I want to lose a bit weight and now I know that that is THE wrong way to do it! Smoking is bad for you and you should NOT do it because of lame reasons like looking cool and that kind of bullshit. So please DON'T IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Heey I have no school for the rest 2 weeks!!! I really love May. I don't like go to a different country or something I just stay here in my cold land! But this month does something with me or it's my good friend I really want to smoke. I don't know why but it's killing me. My friend has trown away hers so I took them like 10 minutes ago. I don't want to smoke I think I am not going to.....but somehow I just want to smoke but also not.....ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh this suks. But I...I...I really don't know pff!

Smoking

Heey everybody!
I have a good friend of my who smokes. Let me first tell you that it is wrong. It is like your in 1,000 wrong realationships! You could get cancer and then die! That's why I am telling you to quit and find other ways to handel with your stress. Listen to me I know that stress is a whorible thing and you want to lose it but smoking can't take away your problems. So if you smoke take ut down easly. Soon I'll post some tips to stop with smoking!  Stay Strong

Food Pff......

Hey Today I'm going to write about having trouble with eating. There will be more about that topic in my blog because everybody knows the pressure, the pain, the broken promisses and trust and food plays a big part in that point. I sometimes starve myself it's not good I know. But body image is something you have and you can't really do something about it because you don't know if it's real or fake. Some girls tell me that I have THE PERFECT BODY but when I look in the mirror I can't see it. Food can take somebody's life over. tHat's why I'm going to write alot about food, cutting, starving and verything that has something to do with that. I think if you eat good food you have nothing to worry about but please don't starve yourself it's not good. They won't do it for you so why should you? Just believe that everything will be better son or later! If you can't talk with somebody leave a message on the blog or whatever because nothing is more important then you and everything that comes with it! So for all the girls and boys out there REMEMBER: Love Is Louder Then The Pressure To Be Perfect. You can learn for me and I can from you! There will be GOOD losing weight soon because I also used to be overweigt but I lost like 40/35 pounds so it's possible! Hugs and kisses *Mel*

Hello everyone with internet.
I can't post my playlist today it's not done yet but I promiss soon! I want to tell you about a book it's AMAZING!!! At the begining you may think it's Twilight but it's not. I lovee this book it's like the same genre as the Twilight Saga. It's called Wings and it's has been written by Aprilynne Pike. You should read it if you haven't even heard of it go to a book shop or whatever. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS!!! Well I am going to crash I'll post some new stuff soon!
